This policy explains what information DefrostCalc ("we", "us") collects when you use howlongtodefrost.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We don't ask you to create an account. We don't sell your data. The site works without entering any personal information at all.

When you use the calculator, the inputs you enter (brisket weight, pit temperature, serve time, and so on) are processed in your browser. They are not stored on our servers. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email, and message so we can reply.

Our server logs record basic request data: IP address, browser user agent, the page you visited, and the referrer. This is used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention, and is retained for up to 30 days.
